Intense red, with cold undertones and magenta dominant. Powerful and ultra pigmented. Strong personality without orange under tones. This is the colour that represents passion, when it is paired to the purity of love. REDVARD does not want to be limited in any way. There is no space for reason, but only a screamed red, at the border of madness.
Red and White represents the two opposite faces of love. The white and pure, divine one, opposite to the passionate, carnal and even painful one. Red looks you in the face without compassion and expressionless. All of Munch's art is dominated by obsession and madness. Many of his paintings have been painted, covered, repainted and then covered again for dozens of times, in search of the perfect representation of his state of mind. Red and White, along with almost all of his production, is exhibited at the Munch Museum in Oslo in Norway, to which the artist donated his works at a late age.
Intense and covering magenta. It maintains its fullness for a long time and it pastels towards cold shades of pink. This red is cold in its own way and has a surprising result starting from level 8. Leave on up to 40 minutes and then rinse well, using warm water with high pressure. Do not shampoo. Do not wash in the first 48 hours. The gourmand fragrance based on summer fruits and white flowers will transform your hair in a desirable bouquet.
REDVARD is a versatile color and certainly the most ductile of the entire line. I could use it for a magenta full head, as it's not orange at all. Try it to focus on a technical detail such as a fringe, or for a contouring technique, if the client's complexion is suitable. Right now I would propose it with a block color technique, to enjoy all its personality.
The research that Munch did throughout his life on colors has kept us busy for a long time: at his death he had 256 different colors in his archive and some of these were archived with evocative names (for example Scream). Among the reds mixed with other colors we found the red of REDVARD.
